1. How to book a transfer?
You can book your transfer via e-mail.
2. How do I pay my transfers?
You don’t need to pay any fee in advance. All payments are made on the spot with our driver. You can pay your transfer in cash or with a credit card.
3. Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Our driver will wait for you at the arrivals hall at the airport unless otherwise agreed. He or she will be holding a sign with your name.
4. What is included in the transfer price?
In a one-way transfer, the route from pick up point to the destination point is included in the price. In a forth and back transfer, the transfer price includes driving you from the pick up point to the destination point, and driving you back to the departure point.
5. My flight is late what should I do?
We monitor incoming flights and all possible schedule changes so we can be aware of all flight delays. In case you know your flight is going to be delayed we kindly ask you to provide us with that information
6. What if I have many bags?
If you have more than 2 bags per person, please send us a note. We need to know if there is more luggage so we can arrange for an adequate vehicle.
7. Do you allow pet transfers?
Pet transfer is allowed only if the pets are in adequate boxes
8. Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we do.
9.What type of the vehicle will wait for me?
We will choose proper vehicle size for you and your luggage. All vehicles are air conditioned and newly date of produce.
10. What is the policy for lost and found items?
Promptly report lost items: If you believe you have left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible. You can call us at +385 91 601 43 17 or email us at pimride@outlook.com .
